We have given advice regarding election laws, pensions and employee benefits, the National Labor Relations Act, as well as other federal and state laws.

Attorneys at GBG frequently appear before New York's Public Employment Relations Board and the New York City Office of Collective Bargaining. We also represent our clients at arbitrations, during investigations, and before courts at both state and federal levels.

 

Corporate & Commercial Law

GBG prepares and reviews legal documents for businesses and organizations involved in various industries. We advise clients on a wide-range of topics and business transactions ranging from simple sales agreements to mergers. Our attorneys have counseled businesses on collection matters, non-compete agreements, and employment practices.

 

General Litigation

When the need should arise, GBG has brought and defended civil actions before both state and federal courts. We have initiated actions intended to protect and enforce contractual rights, to uphold the integrity of the civil service system, as well as to collect debts owed. GBG's attorneys have appeared in court on matters ranging from employee drug testing and employment contracts to disputes over ownership in real and personal property.

 

Basic Estate Planning

GBG provides basic estate planning. The services we provide include the preparation of an individual's Last Will and Testament, Living Will & Health Care Proxy, as well as a Power of Attorney.

 

Real Estate Law
